摘要: Red blood cell (RBC) supply for transfusion has been severely constrained by the limited availability of donor and emergence infection contamination issues. Alternatively, hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) from human organs have increasingly considered as safe effective source. Several methods studied to obtain mature RBCs CD34+ via in vitro culture. Among them, cord (CB) granulocyte colony-stimulating factor-mobilized adult peripheral (mPB) are common used allogeneic transplantation. Our present study focuses on comparing CB- mPB-derived differentiation into RBCs. By using G-CSF mobilized blood, we showed RBC generation artificial red cells. results demonstrate that similar characteristics when cultured under same conditions, but differ considerably with respect expression levels various genes hemoglobin development. This is first compare erythrocytes. The support idea CB mPB, despite some similarities, possess different erythropoietic potentials culture systems.
