摘要: Background and Objectives To investigate the clinical value of CDH1 methylation in preoperative peritoneal washes (PPW) from gastric cancer patients. Methods CDH1 was detected by real-time specific-PCR tumor tissues corresponding PPW 92 patients, mucosa 40 chronic gastritis patients 48 normal persons. Results CDH1 found 75 (81.5%) tissues, which significantly correlated with size, growth pattern, differentiation, lymphatic invasion, venous invasion depth, lymph node metastasis, distant TNM stage (all P 0.05). The percentage 48.9%, Aζ ROC curve 0.8 compared to that tissues. Kaplan–Meier analysis showed there a significant difference disease-free survival (DFS) between or without methylated their (χ2 = 109.64, P < 0.000). Cox regression revealed an independent risk factor for remarkable decrease DFS after postoperative 30 months. Conclusions Methylated predicts poor prognosis patients. J. Surg.
