MicroRNA-1285-5p influences the proliferation and metastasis of non-small-cell lung carcinoma cells via downregulating CDH1 and Smad4:

摘要: Abnormal expression of microRNAs has been reported to regulate gene and cancer cell growth, invasion, migration. Recently, upregulation hsa-miR-1285 was demonstrated in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid samples from patients with lung downregulation plasma level stage-I patients. However, the function underlying mechanism miR-1285 non-small-cell carcinoma have not elucidated. In this study, we found that miR-1285-5p, mature form miR-1285, significantly upregulated human lines A549 SK-MES-1. Additionally, cells transfected miR-1285-5p inhibitor LV-anti-miR-1285-5p inhibited proliferation invasion depressed Further analysis precursor LV-miR-1285-5p attenuated Smad4 cadherin-1 (CDH1) but showed opposite results. A luciferase reporter assay confirmed targeted CDH1. Mechanism analyses revealed silence CDH1 inhibitory effects on growth invasion. Taken together, our data suggest functions as a tumor promoter development by targeting CDH1, indicating novel therapeutic strategy for
