摘要: Plants exude a variety of substances through their external surfaces and from germinating seeds, some which have an inhibitory action against plant pathogens. The aim this study was the investigation characterization defense proteins present in exudates roots cowpea seedlings (Vigna unguiculata (L.) Walp.). Root were collected that grown hydroponically three different media, including, 100 mM sodium acetate buffer pH 4.5, water pH 6.0 phosphate pH 7.5. these analyzed by SDS–PAGE SDS–Tricine–PAGE presence antimicrobial investigated immunological enzymatic assays. Results showed contained β-1,3-Glucanases, chitinases lipid transfer (LTPs), all may potentially function as proteins. Immunolocalization one proteins, chitinase, revealed its xylem cell wall vessel elements. These also demonstrated effect on growth fungus, Fusarium oxysporum, vitro. results suggest to repress root pathogenic fungi.
