摘要: The electrooxidation of double stranded DNA has been studied in a wide temperature range by cyclic and square wave voltammetries the results were compared with UV-Vis CD spectroscopies. A twofold increase dsDNA voltammetric peaks related to conformation changes preceding denaturation process was found begin at lower than well known absorbance upon (the melting point) circa 20 degrees C. Since are directly guanine adenine, early conformational guanine-cytosine (G-C) adenine-thymine (A-T) pairs possible reasons for peaks. above observations prove that methods much more sensitive adenine base-pairs conformations indicate increased exposition reversible stages precede dsDNA. Interestingly, two distinct ranges change ellipticity spectra correlate obtained voltammetry UV spectroscopy, respectively. We also checked influence an intercalator on (temperature) plots. spectroscopic measurements indicated stability structure helix addition intercalator, while showed drops substantially region process.
