摘要: Abstract Ecological risk assessment is a formal process, either quantitative or semi-quantitative, to evaluate the possible ecological consequences of human activities and natural catastrophes. While assessments have been used for years when dealing with risks health, application such structured analyses less common environmental issues. It is, however, an area intense interest, both scientifically technically, in United States at present time. This paper suggests methodology applying protocols oil spill response planning which should improve our ability compare options, especially controversial options as use dispersants.
