摘要: Most research on human decidual leucocytes to date has focused the predominant CD56+ uterine natural killer (uNK) cell population in early pregnancy. Few reports have documented leucocyte populations after 13 weeks gestation and late Placental bed (decidua basalis) non-placental parietalis) biopsies from normal pregnancies were taken women undergoing termination of pregnancy 1st 2nd trimesters following Caesarean section 3rd trimester. Immunohistochemistry was used quantify numbers cells expressing CD56, CD3, CD8, CD94, NKG2A CD14 double labelled CD161+CD3+ NKT-like cells. Although a significant reduction uNK found trimester samples compared with decidua, substantial residual identified decidua. Expression KIR CD94/NKG2A mirrored that CD56 at all gestational ages, providing an explanation for absence cytotoxic responses fetal-maternal interface. There no difference between decidua basalis parietalis. Double immunohistochemical labelling revealed small CD3+CD56+ CD8+CD56+ cells, which decreased number term, increased term. No differences detected parietalis basalis. In contrast previous reports, demonstrated Decidual T-lymphocytes did not alter during gestation, while CD14+ macrophages representing smallest assessed.
