摘要: Resume Les tumeurs corticosurrenaliennes a cellules oncocytaires sont exceptionnelles. Elles composees exclusivement ou presque, d’oncocytes qui de grandes contenant nombreuses granulations eosinophiles, correspondant des mitochondries en microscopie electronique. Ces tumeurs, le plus souvent non secretantes, doivent etre distinguees corticosurrenalomes, car leur pronostic apres exerese semble presque toujours favorable.
