摘要: Dengue virus (DENV) is the most important mosquito transmitted human viral pathogen. There are four different dengue viruses (DENV 1 to DENV 4) with multiple genotypes and strains. Whether there significant differences in how these DENVs interact modulate host cell proteome remains unclear. Using a panel of 12 representative one isolate for each from three origins (lab adapted, low passage isolates fever patients, hemorrhagic patients) LLC-MK2 cells were equally infected proteomic alterations compared by MALDI-TOF principal component analysis sub-10 kDa peptidome analysis. was no clear segregation data respect either origin or serotype The two greatest variation other 3 4 isolate. Analysis kda protein fraction LC-MS/MS identified 128 proteins which only 28 (20%) constantly expressed all infections, while 80% showed variable expression, relationship origin. These results suggest that interaction between characterized degree plasticity, whereby end biological processes not rigorously determined specific alterations, strain plays role determining changes.
