摘要: Abstract Granular formulations of two entomopathogenic fungal isolates Beauveria bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae were evaluated as mycoinsecticides for control lesser mealworm populations in broiler houses at a farm southeast Queensland, Australia, over five production batches. The compared to rotated treatments the insecticides β-cyfluthrin spinosad, untreated populations. Lesser measured by counting insects bedding litter samples taken from under feed pans each week batch. applied ≈45 g/m2 (conidia per m2: 3.4 × 1010 B. bassiana; 1.28 × 1010 M. anisopliae) 0.9 m-wide bands feedlines along walls batch produced mean population suppressions 72% ≈50% anisopliae, insecticide regimen label rates whole floor lower suppression ≈48%. An application fungicide imazalil Aspergillus 4 appeared inhibit efficacy mycoinsecticide formulations.
