摘要: We characterized 59 canine single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the endangered Italian wolf (Canis lupus) population, which were discovered by resequencing sequence-tagged-site (STS) DNA sequences that are known to contain SNPs domestic dogs. Dog usually found also wolves. Additional unique dogs or wolves discovered, is important for detecting hybrids between and developed new primer sets analysed 15 Pyrosequencing. The will provide an addition genetic markers currently available studying wild populations of canids.
