摘要: Abstract Aims Aberrant expression of microRNAs (miRNAs) results in alterations various biological processes (e.g., cell cycle, differentiation, and apoptosis) transformation. Altered miRNAs was associated with lung carcinogenesis tumor progression. This study aimed to investigate the function underlying molecular events miR-517a-3p on regulation cancer proliferation invasion. Main methods Transfected mimics or inhibitors into 95D 95C cells respectively, effects proliferation, migration, invasion were detected. Bioinformatics software forecasted potential target genes dual luciferase reporter gene system western blot verified whether regulates FOXJ3 directly. Key findings MiR-517a-3p differentially expressed lines that have different metastatic potential. Manipulation changed migration capacity. directly regulated by binding promoter. Significance demonstrated promoted targeting expression.
