摘要: The properties of the cytochromes a and a3 were studied in suspensions baker's yeast compared with spectrograms heart-muscle preparation. results corroborate original findings Keilin Hartree on coexistence two enzymes show identity cytochrome c oxidase. individual spectra calculated according to method optical subtraction, applied from treated O2, N2, CO, HCN various mixtures these gases.
