摘要: Abstract Spectrophotometric records were made from suspensions of living yeast by means a new automatic recording instrument special construction. The technique enables detailed investigation to be the steady states following enzymes and coenzymes: diphosphopyridine nucleotide its combination with alcohol dehydrogenase triosephosphate dehydrogenase, flavoprotein cytochromes b -type, c , (cytochrome oxidase), 1 2 peroxidase. author comments on presence conditions oxidation reduction in DPN compounds. results are compared previous investigations roots higher plants. has been aided grant Swedish Research Council Science.
