摘要: Myocellular injury induced by acute ischemia and subsequent reperfusion was studied in 38 dogs, with special reference to sarcolemmal permeability as determined the vital ionic lanthanum (La3+) probe technique electron microscopy. The left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) occluded 14 dogs for 10 60 min, ischemic zone perfused slowly 7 min a La3+-containing solution. In 21 LAD released after occlusion then reperfused arterial blood plus Subsequently, both groups of animals, myocardium subjected perfusion fixation preparation normal cardiac myocytes, La3+ localized exclusively extracellular space. After 20 ischemia, more than 80% myocytes appeared or were damaged only slightly, majority continued exclude La3+. deposits detected 1 6 % absence presence reperfusion, respectively. number cells such markedly increased 30 (19%), well followed (17%), prior development irreversible myocardial damage. without about 30% showed severe particulate throughout entire cell. These results indicate that increases during early stage due ischemiareperfusion contributes
