摘要: The aims of this review article are to map the development corporate environmental responsibility (CER) concept, trace principal debates concerning its contribution protection, examine arguments about relationship between CER and competitive advantage whether, what extent in circumstances, business behaviour is shaped by broader external forces, not least markets, governments civil society. From here, concludes drawing some explicit implications for policy governance.
