摘要: Abstract A surface treated nanoporous ZrO2/Chitosan composite matrix was developed to fabricate the glucose biosensor. This material combined advantages of inorganic nanoparticles, ZrO2, and organic polymer, Chitosan. Glucose oxidase immobilized in maintained its activity well as usage glutaraldehyde avoided. The enzyme 5.02 times greater than cross-linked enzyme. interaction between characterized with FT-IR spectroscopy. results transmission electron microscopy surface-treated film showed that porous highly homogeneous. parameters affecting fabrication experimental conditions biosensors were optimized. biosensor had a fast response less 10 s. linear range 1.25 × 10−5 9.5 10−3 M detection limit 1.0 10−5 M at 3σ sensitivity 0.028 μA mM−1. retained about 75.2% original after one-month storage phosphate buffer.
