摘要: We have generated H-2b mice with a homozygous null mutation in the granzyme (gzm) B gene. Gzm is neutral serine protease Aspase activity that found only granules of activated cytolytic T cells, natural killer and lymphokine-activated cells. B-/- develop normally normal hematopoiesis lymphopoiesis. In vitro, cytotoxic lymphocytes (CTL) derived from gzm animals are able to induce 51Cr release allotarget but reduced efficiency. However, CTL profound defect their ability rapid DNA fragmentation apoptosis allogeneic target This kinetic since partially compensated completely rescued long incubation times. conclude serves critical nonredundant role for induction cell by alloreactive lymphocytes.
