摘要: Clearly, cytotoxic T lymphocytes play a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of CVB3 experimental myocarditis. The various types CTL generated indicate complex immune process. Virus-specific VCTL and metabolic antigen-specific MCTL are both contained CD4+ cell population, suggesting that presentation reactive epitopes context class II MHC, result less traditional virus particle recognition by CTL. ACTL, specific for on uninfected cells, CD8+ evidence indicates they directed to cellular receptor. Generation ACTL is primary pathogenic effector protection from damage mediated active suppression. mediation autoimmune response receptor remains an enigma. Elucidation this mechanism can provide insight into virus-induced disease.
