摘要: The role of various proteins involved in drug resistance tumor cells is discussed this review. Two types studies are covered: those performed the preproteomics era and carried out with modern proteomic tools, namely 2D (electrophoretic) maps chromatography. In preproteomic studies, one protein had generally been held responsible for a given chemoresistance.
