摘要: Abstract The purpose of the present work was to study mechanisms myelin breakdown in experimental conditions and fate protein components myelin, especially that basic which is known be important demyelinative disorders. results showed when incubated alone without any added enzymes there a dissociation from acidic but at neutral pH no change protein. Whereas presence acid proteinase-containing fraction profuse changes were also noted proteolipid When separated isolated brain it seen did not result fractions. trypsin-containing complete loss after 2 hr. These suggest influence proteinase quite different trypsin. This supports theory BP mediated through proteinases, while action seems very slow, almost nonexistent.
