摘要: Light microscopic studies were used as control for neurochemical and these showed that some micro plaques could be found also in areas which normal on visual inspection. Also foreign cell infiltrates outside any clear plaque material. The number of cells did not correlate with other findings like lipid or enzyme chemistry. In electronmicroscopic astrocytes demonstrated most lysosomes phagocytosis myelin. This increased lysosomal reaction was biochemical analyses performed MS biopsy specimens. Occasional nuclear changes inclusion bodies protrusion inner membrane observed suggesting exogenous, possibly viral factor an origin the disease. Neurochemical demyelination a sense decrease myelin phosphohydrolase activity is only later phenomenon activities originating from various glial are before demyelination. However myelin-like material inside suggests early moderate classical can found. Acid hydrolases mostly at around encephalitogenic protein demonstrable areas. Our combined study basic mechanism However, clarification course remains to seen although may suggest slow infection.
