摘要: Dengue virus type 4 (DENV-4) circulates in tropical and subtropical countries from Asia the Americas. Despite importance of dengue distribution, little is known about worldwide viral spread. Following a Bayesian phylogenetic approach we inferred evolutionary history 310 isolates sampled 37 during time period 1956-2008 spreading dynamics for genotypes I II. The region (tropical rainforest biome) comprised by Malaysia-Thailand was most likely ancestral area which serotype has originated Interestingly, cross-correlation analysis on demographic series with Asian sequences showed statistically significant negative correlation that could be suggestive competition among within same serotype.
