摘要: UNLABELLED Recently, [123I]iodo-lisuride was synthesized for possible applications in SPECT studies. The purpose of this investigation to compare the striatal binding and kinetics radioligand patients with Parkinson's disease normal controls. METHODS Six three controls were examined. After intravenous injection 111 MBq [123I]iodo-lisuride, sequential examinations at 20, 40, 80 120 min performed. For each series basal ganglia-to-cerebellum ratio tracer accumulation calculated. In one patient a repeat examination undertaken under identical conditions test reproducibility procedure. two other second performed after cold lisuride as receptor saturation study. addition, time course radioactivity measured plasma red blood cells individual. RESULTS both controls, highest found within striatum. 1.182 1.303 20 min, 1.353 1.450 40 1.490 1.533 1.550 1.583 respectively, which not statistically different. study, 50 micrograms 100 led 28% 33% reduction, min. ligand showed rapid decline cells. percent injected dose per liter calculated be 1.6 0.9, CONCLUSION Iodine-123-iodo-lisuride seems useful imaging intact dopamine D2 receptors may provide clinically relevant information quantitative assessment availability integrity receptors.
