摘要: Necrobiosis lipoidica is an inflammatory granulomatous skin disease of unknown etiology which associated with diabetes mellitus in about 60% the patients. In 15-35% affected patients painful ulcerations may occur after minimal trauma can be extremely refractory to therapy. Because pathomechanisms, current therapeutic options are limited. We report on a 68-year-old patient 18 year history ulcerated necrobiosis non diabeticorum both lower limbs, responded systemic cyclosporine A. Based this case, we discuss role A context etiology.
