摘要: Abstract Preliminary measurements of tropospheric and stratospheric parameters using the large 430 MHz radar at Arecibo, Puerto Rico, show excellent agreement between a wind profile deduced from back-scatter obtained simultaneously rawinsonde ascent San Juan. The measured variations scattered power with altitude agree quite well predictions atmospheric turbulence theory.
