Hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy in gastric cancer: a report of four cases and analysis of the literature.

摘要: Aims and background: Gastric cancer is associated with high mortality. Although the liver a common site of metastases in this tumor, experience liver-directed therapies limited. Methods: We report single-center involving four patients from gastric treated by hepatic arterial infusion (HAI). In addition, we performed search for reports on HAI metastatic to used studies data survival individual pooled analysis. Results: Among three valuable patients, one had complete response, stable disease progressive disease. The patient response still alive 41 months after diagnosis metastases, while other died 6, 22 31 diagnosis.
