摘要: Alzheimer's disease is a neurodegenerative disorder with Amyloid-β plaques onset, synaptic damage, and cognitive decline. Aβ deposits cause pathological events including oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, neuron death. In this study, APPswe/PSENΔ9 double transgenic mice model was used to imitate the effect possible mechanism of Andrographolide sulfonate were examined. given for 7 months before onset plaque. Spatial memory test showed that treatment prevented not affected while hippocampus synapse damage significantly alleviated. Mechanism studies stress swelling reduced after administration. These findings suggest sulfonate, which has been applied in clinical medicine, might be promising therapeutic agent AD therapy via mitochondria protection.
