摘要: In a number of different strains inbred mice, immunization with hapten coupled to protein carrier results in production homogeneous serum antibodies. At the genetic level this corresponds use very limited set variable region genes actively secreting B-cells. contrast, same T-cell independent (TI) produces heterogeneous antibody response. Here we show that successive immunizations C57BL/6 first NP ficoll, TI carrier, and then one month later subliminal dose generate novel hybridomas. These hybridomas produce antibodies which are IgM isotope lack somatic mutation. Some these have much higher affinity for than do prototypical gene combination (VH186.2-lamda 1) strain specific response mice.
