摘要: Abstract In this work, a mechanochemical synthesis process was introduced as facile method for producing bentonite-supported Fe(II) and heteropolyacid (HPW) composite, catalyst used photo-Fenton reaction conventionally produced only by liquid-phase method. The composite successfully synthesized under solid-phase condition in ball mill through three stages of mechanical milling. optimum conditions were obtained, the effects from on catalytic activity discussed. characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), energy disperse spectroscopy (EDS), fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) photoelectron (XPS). characterization results showed that material with smooth surface, loose clear layered structure, had crystalline amorphous phases microscopic scale. demonstrated functional components HPW immobilized composite. Based characterization, formation mechanism presented. processing both high ability excellent long-term stability use. indicated synthesis, green, simple efficient preparation technology, suitable industrial production
