摘要: Quantitative bioassay of adsorbed tetanus toxoids was performed in white mice using the score design Ipsen. The precision, reproducibility and validity test were estimated it shown that quantitative scored has an advantage over probit system. Mice found to be very sensitive adjuvant effects aluminium hydroxide Bordetella pertussis organisms. toxoid potency correlated with a wide range concentrations, from 0·003 up 1·2 mg Al ml −1 . not related directly degree adsorption on hydroxide. About three-fold differences can expected when 10 BU is concentrations 0·1 1·0 linearly concentration B. organisms; vaccine doses 20, 2·5–10 0·015–0·6 milliard (mld) organisms enhanced 9, 3–3·5 2–2·8 times, respectively. Doses lower than 0·015 mld did exert effect. unitage monovalent similar guinea-pigs whereas DTP vaccines 2·9 times higher guinea-pigs. routine production have more 200 i.u. per single human dose, ranging 214 844
