摘要: Abstract A predictive technique in the management of patients with cancer could improve therapeutic index by allowing better individualization treatment. Dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) is a noninvasive that can provide anatomical and physiological information on tumor its microenvironment. We studied effect chemotherapy (gemcitabine), anti-angiogenesis therapy (sunitinib) radiotherapy kinetics DCE-MRI parameters preclinical model pancreatic using P846, new low-diffusible contrast agent.
