摘要: The effects of Au + ion irradiation on the optical properties CdS and CdSe quantum dots synthesized by chemical methods are studied. ion-induced changes studied using UV/Vis absorption, fluorescence spectroscopy transmission electron microscopy experimental methods. It is observed that size particle found to increase with fluence resulting in a shift absorption peak longer wavelength confirmed measurements. nonlinear through Z-scan technique. These show multiphoton 800 nm wavelength, 110 femtosecond laser pulse excitations. photoluminescence studies emission higher fluence.
