摘要: Article history This paper presents the development of a new RP-HPLC method for separation lumefantrine and artemether in human plasma. Sample preparation involved extraction using protein precipitation with acetonitrile. Chromatography was performed mobile phase containing mixture methanol 0.025M ammonium acetate (38:52, v/v) flow rate 1 ml min −1 . Column effluent monitored at 216 nm UV detector. The calibration graphs were linear range 2.4-16.8 µg 0.4-2.8 limits quantification 3.0 0.6 respectively. Intra inter-assay precision provided relative standard deviation lower than 10% analytes. Extraction recoveries plasma 94.32-97.15% 94.75-98.55% proposed HPLC detection is simple, rapid, precise accurate. Therefore it appropriate routine therapeutic levels
