摘要: A sensitive and selective reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of artemether its major metabolite dihydroartemisinin in plasma has been developed. It involves extraction with dichloromethane, solid-phase separation two analytes acid decomposition prior to chromatography on a C18 Spherisorb column mobile phase acetonitrile-water (50:50, v/v). Run time is 30 min. The assay satisfies all criteria required use clinical pharmacokinetic studies.
