摘要: Abstract A method is described for the separation of artemether (ARM) from its metabolite dihydroartemisinin (DHA) and determination by HPLC. The basis differential extraction drugs plasma as a function pH. Hexane extracted ARM basified both DHA normal plasma. Derivatized extracts were chromatographed on 5-μm ODS column with water—acetonitrile (40:60) mobile phase detected at 254 nm. removes need expensive absorption cartridges (BondElut). Chromatography has been improved elution time shortened in comparison previous methods.
