摘要: Purpose : To examine the role of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signalling on induction by ionizing radiation nucleotide excision repair gene (ERCC1), X-ray cross-complementing group 1 (XRCC1) and radiation-induced DNA damage. Materials methods The expression ERCC1 XRCC1 was examined in DU145 human prostate cancer cells following exposure to radiation.
