Factors Influencing Disability Inclusion in General Eye Health Services in Bandung, Indonesia: A Qualitative Study

摘要: The Inclusive System for Effective Eye-care (I-SEE) is a pilot project disability inclusion in eye health Bandung district of Indonesia. aim this research was to investigate factors influencing the introduction, i.e., adoption, implementation and continuation I-SEE. A qualitative exploratory study conducted by interviewing relevant stakeholders (n = 27) users with disabilities 12). theoretical framework on introduction innovations care used guide data collection thematic analysis. Factors related characteristics innovation (e.g., infrastructure, equipment, engagement people disabilities, inclusive communication), service provider motivation, attitudes, training), organizational supervision, indicators, data), socio-political context I-SEE (policy, motivation users, family support, costs, transport) were essential supporting process. Additionally, proposed strategies enhancing awareness, collaborations). While there are specific factors, most similar introducing any general care. Strategies should be included from planning phase an program reasonably simple adapt.
