摘要: Abstract An extension of a model Davey (1989a) has been used to data Adams et al. (1991) describing the combined effect temperature and pH on rate coefficient for growth Yersinia enterocolitica in liquid media acidified with four different acidulants; sulphuric, citric, lactic acetic acids. The explained between 97.8% 99.1% variance results. This very good fit predictions observed confirms can be incorporated into that had previously applied water activity, alone. These findings, taken together reported results, demonstrate value predicting two environmental factors rate. Based results this paper generalised is proposed three or more factors, amenable testing.
