摘要: In this article, the author presents a descriptive survey of China’s policies in field lifelong education 1980s and early 1990s, undertaken as part country’s overall drive towards modernization. With second largest illiterate population world, one highest priorities is promotion literacy, variety initiatives with aim have been launched at national local level. China, concept taken literally to encompass all ages from infancy onwards. Recognizing importance family, especially mother, educating young, China has created programme for strengthening family through workshops, lectures, advisory services mass media. The goes on recent primary secondary education, vocational workers’ in-service training, continuing specialists, development radio television university, expansion evening classes correspondence courses, aged, examinations independent learners.
