摘要: Using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) array, we explored and compared the expression changes of inflammation-related genes in human peripheral blood irradiated with 0.5, 3, 10 Gy doses X-rays 24 h after exposure. Results indicated that 62 out 84 was significantly altered X-ray radiation. Among these genes, 35 (such as TNFSF4) are known to be associated radiation response, but others novel. At a low dose (0.5 Gy), 9 were up-regulated 19 down-regulated. With further increased 3 Gy, 8 unique We also identified 48 different differentially expressed irradiation, among transcripts, accounted for only one-third (16 genes) total. Of 31 at specific dose, total all doses. The dose- time-dependent CCL2 confirmed by reverse-transcription PCR. A number candidate reported herein may useful molecular biomarkers exposure blood.
