摘要: Cannabis sativa L. is cultivated in most regions of the world. In 2013, Brazilian Federal Police (BFP) reported 220 tons marijuana seized and about 800,000 cannabis plants eradicated. Efforts to eradicate production may have contributed development a new form international drug trafficking Brazil: sending seeds small amounts urban centers by logistics postal. This increasing panorama Brazil, encouraged chemical study greenhouses gas-chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (GC-MS) associated exploratory discriminant analysis. Fifty different varieties brands, BFP were under predefined conditions for period 4.5 weeks, 5.5 7.5 10 weeks 12 weeks. Aerial parts analyzed cannabigerol, cannabinol, cannabidiol, cannabichromene Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) other terpenoids detected. The chromatographic profiles samples significantly different, probably due variety, light exposition age. THC content increased age plant, however, cannabinoids, this correlation was not observed. chromatograms plotted matrix 50 rows (samples) 3886 columns (abundance retention time) submitted PCA, HCA PLS-DA after pretreatment (normalization, first derivative autoscale). PCA showed separation between however it possible verify brands. classification provides satisfactory prediction plant
