摘要: Latent infection with dormant Mycobacterium tuberculosis is one of the major reasons behind emergence drug-resistant strains pathogen worldwide. In its state, accumulates lipid droplets containing triacylglycerol synthesized from fatty acids derived host lipids. this study, we show that Rv1206 (FACL6), which annotated as an acyl-CoA synthetase and resembles eukaryotic acid transport proteins, able to stimulate uptake in E. coli cells. We purified FACL6 displays acyl-coenzyme A activity a preference towards oleic acid, predominant Our results indicate expression protein significantly increased during vitro dormancy. The facl6-deficient mutant displayed diminished ability synthesize cell-free extracts. Furthermore, dormancy, lower levels intracellular exogenous acids. Complementation partially restored lost function. suggest modulates accumulation enters dormancy by activating
