摘要: Chargaff's second parity rule holds empirically for most types of DNA that along single strands the base contents are equal complimentary bases, A = T, G C. Markov chain model is constructed to track evolution any position genomes whose organisms equipped with replication mismatch repair. Under key assumptions error rates primarily depend number hydrogen bonds nucleotides and repairing process itself makes strand recognition error, shows steady state probabilities take on one 4 nucleotide bases bases. As a result, manifestation Law Large Number acting probabilities. More importantly, because pinpoints repair as basis rule, it suitable experimental verification.
