摘要: Novel polyion complexes films of chitosan and quarternized poly(4-vinyl-N-carboxymethylpyridine) containing zwitterion structure units were prepared by casting method. The aim this work was to produce a hydrophilic film with the potential use as membranes types used in distillation osmotic for separating azeotropic, close-boiling, aqueous organic mixtures. Their properties studied infrared, wide-angle X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, tensile tester, swelling measurements. results indicated that occurred between poly (4-vinyl-N-carboxymethylpyridine) units. thermostability these blends decreased increase content. Initially, appreciable improvement strength breaking elongation achieved poly(4-vinyl-N-carboxymethyl-pyridine) content 30%, maximum value 46.65 MPa 25.67% achieved, respectively. degree when weight ratio versus 50 : 50.
