摘要: Intramonocytic leishmanias were unexpectedly observed in blood smears of a Spanish AIDS patient. In immunodepressed patients from exposed countries, careful microscopic examination should be requested by the clinician cases prolonged fever, and biologists must informed that may fortuitously peripheral blood.
