摘要: Summary Electrocardiograms (ECG) were made immediately after delivery in 28 infants with normal cardiotocographic patterns labour and 29 abnormal patterns. Changes the S-T segment T-wave quantified a scoring system. High peaked T-waves (high T/QRS-ratios) significantly more common group The ECG-changes also had lower Apgar scores neonatal complications. immediate postpartum ECG seems to be useful indication of accumulated hypoxic stress which child has been subjected labour.
