摘要: The degradation process of D-galacturonic acid in subcritical water was measured from 160 to 220°C. at any temperature obeyed first-order kinetics. dependence the rate constant could be expressed by Arrhenius equation, and activation energy frequency factor were estimated 131 kJ/mol 4.81 × 1012 s-1, respectively. sodium D-galacturonate also 190°C.
