摘要: Abstract Herein, we report a novel responsive assembly system consisting of an amphiphilic drug fenspiride and β-cyclodextrin in host–guest approach. Fenspiride molecules can self-assembled into vesicles aqueous solution. The obtained were characterized detail by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning (SEM) atomic force (AFM). Furthermore, such vesicular structure will be destroyed upon the addition due to formation inclusion complexes interactions. In addition, amylase is digestive enzyme which catalyze breakdown starch sugars. Adding α-amylase could release molecules, trigger self-assembly again. It anticipated that this research provide widespread applications fields materials biochemistry related enzyme-responsive model chemistry.
