摘要: Normal callus and embryogenic suspensor mass (ESM) were induced from the same immature embryo of Abies alba Mill. These two tissues found to differ in their isoenzyme patterns peroxidase, glutamate dehydrogenaseand non-specific esterase requirement for myo-inositol inculture medium.
